About Me
I first came to Bowen Therapy hoping to run faster. What I didn't expect was to breathe deeper, move easier, and finally, after years of plantar fasciitis walk without pain. That experience stopped me in my tracks. I knew immediately this was something I had to share.
Today, I'm a qualified Bowen Therapist (trained via the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and a member of the Bowen Association UK), APPI Pilates instructor specialising in antenatal, postnatal and menopause wellness, and CrossFit Level 1 trainer. I work out of Muswell Hill and Hampstead, helping clients release tension, restore balance, and find a little more ease, in body and mind.
I've had the privilege of supporting clients through intense workplace stress, life transitions, and persistent physical discomfort. Again and again, I witness the same quiet shift, the mind softens, the body follows, and people leave not only standing taller but moving through their days with a lightness.

A Day In My Life
4:15am – Alarm. Early, yes, my favourite time of the day.
4:45am – A sleepy kiss for my dog (she barely opens her eyes) and I'm out the door. Coffee in hand, gym bag over shoulder. This time is mine. I genuinely love it, it wakes up my body and clears my head before the day finds its pace.
6:45am – Home to a much more alert dog. Our morning walk is part ritual, part reset.
7:15am – Tail wagging, dog fed, she turns and hops into bed for more zzzs
7:30am – My breakfast. Nothing elaborate, but I sit down for it. A few moments of quiet before the doing begins.
8:30am – Client preparation. This is where my day shifts from personal to purposeful. I go through my notes, revisit where each person was at in their last session, how they felt, how their body responded. For new clients, I read their consultation forms carefully, not just their symptoms, but their story. Each person arrives with something different. Each experiences Bowen in their own way.
Everything I need for the day was packed the night before, waiting by the door.
10:30am – My Pilates class. I teach movement, but I also need it. This is my time to be the student, to be guided, to be challenged, to remember what it's like to feel your own body find its way.
12:00pm – Lunch, bookended by another dog walk. She doesn't care about my to-do list. She just wants the loop around the park.
2:00pm onwards – Clients arrive. Some for Bowen, some for Guided Pilates. Each session unfolds differently. Some people talk, some need silence. My job is simply to listen with my hands, with my eyes, with my full attention and meet them where they are.
By evening, the bag is repacked. The notes are written. The dog is walked (again). Tomorrow, I'll do it all over again.

My corporate background sharpened my empathy for high-pressure lifestyles, and my holistic training taught me the power of gentle, intentional healing. Powerlifting & Pilates
While my primary focus is on providing Bowen Therapy, my practice is uniquely informed by a broad spectrum of qualifications in movement.
I am a trained Clinical Pilates instructor (APPI) Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, with specializations in Pre/Postnatal and Menopause care, a British Powerlifting Assistant Coach, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
This diverse expertise allows me to better understand your body's story, whether you're dealing with pain, navigating a life stage, or recovering from a specific training load. I use this knowledge to enhance my assessments and provide tailored, effective Bowen Therapy treatments.
