About Me

My journey with Bowen Therapy began with a simple goal—to improve my running performance by enhancing muscle recovery and efficiency. But after my very first session, something unexpected happened: my breathing became deeper, smoother, and more controlled. Suddenly, I was running longer distances at a faster pace, with less effort. Bowen didn’t just help my endurance—it rewired my body mechanics, unlocking a new level of movement and ease I didn’t know was possible.

Then came the real test. After years of battling plantar fasciitis—stabbing heel pain that made every step agony—I turned to Bowen as a last resort. I’d tried stretches, ice, and orthotics, but nothing gave lasting relief. Within just a few sessions, the tension in my feet began to melt away. The gentle moves rebalanced my fascia, and the pain that had plagued me for months simply… faded. Soon, I was running again—pain-free.

That’s when I knew I had to share this therapy with others.

As a Bowen Therapist qualified via the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and a member of the Bowen Association UK, Pilates instructor (specializing in antenatal, postnatal, and menopause wellness), and CrossFit Level 1 trainer, I’ve spent years helping people move better, recover smarter, and reconnect with their bodies. But Bowen Therapy stood out, a gentle yet powerful way to release tension, and restore balance without forceful adjustments or invasive methods.

Through my work, I have had the privilege of supporting clients in managing the intense pressures of workplace deadlines and exam stress. They report feeling a significant shift, moving from a state of constant overwhelm to one of grounded calm and resilience. A deeply welcome and often unexpected benefit for many has been profound physical release that accompanies the mental ease. It is my greatest joy to see clients leave not only with a quieter mind but also standing taller, moving with greater freedom, and experiencing a tangible sense of lightness in their step, as their body lets go of the physical tension that stress had built.

With years of experience in banking and professional services, I understand the toll that stress, long hours, and repetitive strain can take on the body. Now, as a Bowen Therapy practitioner, I combine this insight with a deeply client-focused approach—helping you restore balance, relieve pain, and reclaim vitality.

My corporate background sharpened my empathy for high-pressure lifestyles, and my holistic training taught me the power of gentle, intentional healing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply seeking respite from daily demands, I’m here to guide your body back to its natural state of ease.

I am a physiotherapy taught Pilates instructor qualified with Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), I support people through all stages of life with the Pilates repertoire broken down into levels that is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs.

With additional certifications in Pre and Postnatal Pilates and Menopause Pilates.

Alongside Pilates I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. This unique combination allows me to offer a truly holistic approach to movement, healing, and overall wellbeing.

I work with clients based in Muswell Hill, Hampstead, Highgate area.
